Q | What are the most popular items on your menu? Why?
A | Customers are crazy about our Vietnamese and Cuban coffee; they also really like our Thai tea. These drinks seem to be popular since they are somewhat unique to our store and they’re honestly just plain delicious. Our cupcakes are also extremely popular; people seem to love our classic Red Velvet and our Salted Caramel.

Q | Are there any items NOT on your menu that are staff favorites (that you’d be willing to serve up to any customer who asked)?
A | One of our favorite smoothies to make for customers, although it’s not quite on the menu, is the Taro Red Bean Smoothie. The flavors are very Asian-inspired and the result is something almost like ice cream.

Q | I see lots of fancy cupcakes on your Instagram! What’s your most unique creation?
A | One of our most unique creations is probably our S’mores cupcake where we take a vanilla cake, layered with a rich chocolate ganache and topped with a torched marshmallow and graham cracker. Surprisingly, one of our more popular cupcakes is our Taro Cupcake. The flavor is really hard to describe, but it’s similar to sweet potato, but less sweet and less starchy with a nutty, creamy, vanilla note to it.

Q | It seems as though lots of different cultures have inspired your menu. What are some specialities?
A | Our sandwiches definitely have a big cultural influence; most of the flavors and spices are very traditional to Filipino cuisine. They include our Chicken Adobo, Filipino Pulled Pork, Cheese Bistek and our tangy Ham and Cheese.

Q | You’re brand new to downtown Columbus! What’s the perfect order for a first time customer?
A | Chicken Adobo Panini, Vietnamese Iced Coffee, and a Salted Caramel Cupcake. Chicken Adobo is always a great introduction to Filipino cuisine, Vietnamese Iced Coffee is both refreshing and delicious, and every meal should always end with a cupcake.
