Q | What are the most popular item on your menu? Why?
A | The Hellboy and the Ricotta Be Kiddin’ Me have been our best sellers so far. I’m sure the interesting topping combinations have had a lot to do with their success.
Q | Are there any items not on the menu that are staff favorites (that you’d be willing to serve up to any customer who asked)?
A | There are several pies the staff gets excited about in the kitchen that I cannot wait to get on the menu. The next step is to get some input from our guests, so we might be the ones asking you to try the pies.
Q | I’ve heard Paulie Gee’s has been called the best pizza in New York. What makes it the best?
A | There is nothing else Paulie would rather be doing. His passion is so loud in everything that he does and it creates a truly unique product. Whether it be a conversation with the man himself or a pie that stole the show, he is always present and trying to be better.
