Q | What are the most popular items on your menu? Why?
A | We have tons of popular items. The lobster mac & cheese is a very approachable dish – a twist on a favorite! A few of our appetizers, roasted bone marrow, chicharrones, and crispy brussels sprouts are also very popular. I think people like to have fun with food, and small plates are the best way to do that.
Q | Are there any items NOT on your menu that are staff favorites (that you’d be willing to serve up to any customer who asked)?
A | Absolutely. Our menu changes often, so there are items that go away, and people miss them. Whenever possible, we’ll make anything we can for anyone.
Q | You’re clearly committed to sourcing items locally and creating an amazing menu based on seasonal produce. What’s popular this time of year?
A | Autumn is a really great season in Ohio. There’s the ubiquitous squashes – butternut and pumpkin, but crisp nights and tons of sun in the daytime are really great for things like cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, etc.), radishes, eggplants, and brussels sprouts. But I could go on and on!
Q | You are relatively new to Latitude 41. What do you bring to the table? (Pun intended.)
A | I have a genuine passion for great, fresh, real food. I can’t always tell you what will be on the next menu, but I can tell you that it will be fresh, seasonal, responsibly sourced, and innovative.
