Q | What are the most popular items on your menu? Why?
A | The Egg Sandwich is the most popular menu item by a long shot. It is the only breakfast item on the menu and people seem to love it. Other than that I would say that the Cinnamon Roll is next.

Q | Are there any items NOT on your menu that are staff favorites (that you’d be willing to serve up to any customer who asked)?
A | For a long time the New Orleans Iced coffee was not on the menu. It’s a cold brew coffee with chicory that we sweeten and serve with milk. But it’s on the menu now. I would say the only secret item is that if you ask, sometimes we have a staff stash of Valentina’s hot sauce (my personal favorite) that we put on the egg sandwich. It is spicy but man does it really seal the deal. You will never eat anything without it again.

Q | You’re known (in a positive way!) for not having wifi. Tell me a little about why that was an important choice for Fox in the Snow.
A | For us the choice to not provide WIFI for customers was a design choice. We designed our cafe and business around having authentic interactions. We want genuine conversations to happen between our staff, between strangers and with friends. Collaboration and conversation are wellsprings for creativity and understanding. So I guess it was more of an emotional design choice. We are not Luddites, only people who enjoy spaces that are buzzing with the noise of humans living.

Take a little listen to the song the cafe was named for. I find it fitting that I listened to it on repeat while writing this post. :)
