Q | What are the most popular items on your menu? Why?
A | Our burgers are our #1 seller. We make our burgers with certified Angus beef, house-made seasoning, and love! Then we top them with items ranging from bacon jam, BBQ sauce, coleslaw, blue cheese, mushrooms, pepperoni, applewood smoked bacon, and fresh local produce. If you don’t see a burger you like, ask us to make something special! We want to see our customers happy! Our fresh cut fries are also a favorite, since we cut all of our potatoes by hand. Once they are fried, we toss them in our house seasoning, and rosemary garlic olive oil.
 
Q | Are there any items NOT on your menu that are staff favorites (that you’d be willing to serve up to any customer who asked)?
A | On Sundays, I like to make a breakfast sandwich for the staff. I usually start with 2 pancakes, soaked with bourbon maple syrup, a fried egg, sausage, or bacon, and top it with pepper jack cheese. It’s my take on a certain fast food company’s breakfast sandwich, only better!!! If customers ask, I’ll be happy to make them one (as long as I have the ingredients). I have regulars that ask for special items like fresh garlic tossed in their fries. If it’s not too outrageous, we usually accommodate most requests.
 
Q | You have a super solid dinner menu that makes me wonder two things: Do the food items pair well with your drinks? Do your drinks inspire the dishes?
A | I think our menu pairs well with all of our drinks. Whether it’s our great crafted cocktails, wine, or one of our local craft beers. I know you’re going to be happy with your choice. If you’re unsure of what to order, ask your bartender. Each of our bartenders are extremely knowledgeable, and will help you find that perfect drink!
 
Q | Do you have a Happy Hour? What are the details?!
A | Our Happy Hour menu is available 4-7pm Monday through Friday. We offer almost all of our appetizers for $5! You can eat seared tuna; our house-made potato chips topped with pork or chicken; ribs with jalapeño-cilantro coleslaw; whiskey duck wings, and more! I think it’s the best deal in town! On the bar side of Happy Hour, we have $3 well drinks, bottles, and cans. $4 drafts. $5 house wine, and $3 whiskeys! On Wednesdays, we offer 1/2 price whiskey (under $15, excludes flights). If that doesn’t make someone happy, nothing will!
